Understand Wehanda's pricing plans, how your trial works, how to upgrade or downgrade, and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
Pricing Plans
Wehanda offers two plans:
Starter — $69/month or $759/year (save $69)
- Online ordering page with your custom URL
- Menu builder: unlimited categories, items, and option groups
- Table reservations with full management
- Loyalty rewards program
- Website builder with 5 templates
- Analytics dashboard
- 5 AI marketing automations: Birthday, After-Order, Milestone, Slow Day, New Item Launch
- Customer management
Growth — $149/month or $1,639/year (save $149)
Everything in Starter, plus:
- All 8 AI campaign types (adds Win-Back, Cart Recovery, Loyalty Nudge)
- AI customer churn scoring and 90-day revenue predictions
- AI menu insights (Revenue Boost menu section)
- All 9 website templates (including Noir, Electric, Zen, Wehadaism)
- Push notifications for orders and reservations
Both plans have zero commission on orders. You keep 100% of every sale.
Your Trial Period
New subscribers start with a free trial. Your credit card is on file but not charged until the trial ends. You can explore all features during the trial.
Trial length is configured by the platform and shown on your billing setup page and in Dashboard → Billing.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Your restaurant data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Upgrading or Downgrading
Go to Dashboard → Billing to change your plan or billing cycle.
Upgrade: Go to Growth immediately. Your next billing cycle reflects the new price.
Downgrade: Move from Growth to Starter. This takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Growth features until that date.
Switch billing cycle: Change between monthly and annual. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of one month's cost per year.
All billing changes show a confirmation modal before any charges are made.
Cancellation
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Trial).
You will be asked for a reason — this helps us improve. The reason is required before cancellation can proceed.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After that date, your ordering page will no longer accept orders
- Your data is retained for 30 days if you want to resubscribe
- Annual plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@simplidone.com
Paused subscription: If you need to take a break (e.g., seasonal restaurant closure), contact support@simplidone.com to discuss pausing your subscription rather than cancelling.
Payment Method
Your subscription is billed through Square — a secure, industry-standard payment processor.
Your credit card is entered once at signup through the Square Web Payments SDK. Wehanda never stores your card number — it is tokenized by Square.
To update your payment method, contact support@simplidone.com. We will send you a secure link to update your card details.
