Welcome to Wehanda
Wehanda is an all-in-one platform that gives your restaurant a custom online ordering page, AI-powered email marketing, a loyalty rewards program, table reservations, and detailed analytics — all without paying commissions on orders.
Your restaurant keeps 100% of every order. You pay a flat monthly or annual subscription instead.
This guide walks you through the complete setup in the right order so you can start taking orders as quickly as possible.
Step 1 — Choose a Plan and Start Your Trial
Visit wehanda.com and click Get Started. You will be asked to create an account and choose between two plans:
Starter — $69/month
Includes online ordering, menu builder, reservations, loyalty program, website builder, and analytics. This is where most restaurants begin.
Growth — $149/month
Everything in Starter, plus all 8 AI email campaign types, customer churn scoring, 90-day revenue predictions, AI menu insights, push notifications, and additional website templates.
Both plans come with a free trial period so you can test the platform before your card is charged. No commission fees on any plan.
You will enter your card details through our secure checkout powered by Square. Your trial period begins immediately after subscribing.
Step 2 — Complete Restaurant Setup
After subscribing, you will land in your restaurant dashboard. Go to Dashboard → Setup to fill in your restaurant profile:
Basic Information
- Restaurant name (required)
- Your ordering URL slug — this becomes wehanda.com/restaurant/[your-slug]. It auto-fills from your restaurant name but you can change it.
- Description shown on your public page
Photos
- Logo (recommended 400×400px square)
- Cover photo (recommended 1200×400px)
These appear at the top of your public ordering page.
Contact & Location
- Address, phone, email, and website. These appear on your public page and help customers find you.
Cuisine Types
Select up to 5 categories (e.g. Japanese, Sushi, Healthy). These help customers know what to expect.
Pricing
Enter your sales tax rate (e.g. 8.875%). This is automatically added to every customer order at checkout.
Operating Hours
Set open and close times for each day of the week. Mark days you are closed. These display on your public ordering page.
Click Save Changes when finished.
Step 4 — Configure Ordering Options
Go to Dashboard → Setup → Ordering Options sidebar to choose which order types you support:
- Online Ordering — master toggle for your ordering page. Turn this off to temporarily pause orders without changing anything else.
- Pickup — customers order ahead and collect at your restaurant.
- Dine-In — customers at your restaurant order from their table.
- Delivery — customers receive orders at their address. (Note: delivery logistics are handled by you; Wehanda manages the order flow.)
Most restaurants start with Pickup only and enable Dine-In and Delivery later.
